Integrated Fitness Education
All of our workshops focus on providing as much practical time as possible. We will not waste your money by talking through the finer intricacies for hours and then squeeze in some practical time before sending you off out the door.
We keep max numbers for each course to a minimum to allow for better coaching. This means the participants don’t get to fatigued as all learning disappears when fatigue sets in.
Our workshops are run by highly experienced coaches that have thousands of hours of practical coaching behind them.

Olympic lifting for sport and fitness
There was a time when the olympic lifts (the clean & jerk and snatch) were the main event at the olympics. Unfortunately with the commercial revenue available from other sports such as football, rugby and some ahletics they became less popular in the mainstream and were only used by elite sports persons and strength and conditioning coaches.
The olympic lifts are unrivaled in there ability to develop full body strength, power and speed. If you are serious about your sport or training you NEED to be utilising these lifts.
The Olympic lifting for sports and fitness workshop introduces the individual to the movements used, the technique needed to carry those movements and the programming prescribed for olympic lifting for your chosen sport.
