At CrossFit DBN we make starting CrossFit simple, fun and un-intimidating. We offer a range of group classes to cater for everyone including a structured on ramp/induction program and private 1-2-1 coaching for specific goals.
Steps you need to take:
Step 1 – Look at the schedule and contact us to book in a session to come and watch.
Step 2 – Attend as many sessions as you wish to view before making up your mind.
Step 3 – If you want to join as a member then book on to the on ramp/induction program.
Step 4 – Once you’ve graduated from the on ramp decide what membership package you would like to take.
Step 5 – Come workout.
This is where you will work with your trainer to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:
- Weight loss and improved body composition
- Extra accountability
- You have generally been sedentary
- You are new to exercise
- You are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
- You have specific performance oriented goals
- You have significant health or orthopedic issues
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Following your initial sessions you may then choose to continue with private training or progress into our group classes.
