In teams of 3 complete
1.2km run – Each person must run 200m only at a time
150 burpees – 1 person, 1 burpee at a time
150 american swings 24/16kg – each person does 10 swings at a time
150 hand release push ups – each person does 25 push ups at a time
150 squats – each person does 50 squats at a time
1.2km run – each person must run 200m at a time
If you are alone just complete a third of each section. If you arw a double just complete 400m run and 50 of the exercises.
